Welcome from the Co-Chairs
CEL had a memorable 2022. More than $70,000 in CEL grants touched every part of Lexington this year, from cultural and historical events to the health and safety of our community. We also held our first ever CEL event—LexDoingGood–in October. Over 35 nonprofits and town agencies were present, networking and mixing with local citizens like you, and sharing stories of the life-changing work they do to enrich our town.
In addition, we owe much gratitude to our generous donors. Thanks to your support, CEL ended the year with a highly successful annual appeal campaign. Your support enables us to continue our mission in helping our town and its nonprofit community thrive, in 2023 and beyond.
We are always looking for engaged community members to join our team. If you’d like to be part of our exciting work, and get to know your neighbors and the active nonprofits that enrich our community, reach out to us at ch...@lexingtonendowment.org. We promise a warm welcome!
Happy New Year,
Ann Boese and Mary Ann Sorel
