I think this may be the first time Toots has officially endorsed any mic. He's never made a secret of his preference for the SM-58, even in recording studios. 

It says a lot about the quality of you ideas and your work that you could come up with an improvement that could slip that beloved 58 out of his hands and replace it with a better version.

I'm also very proud to own one of your bullet mic's.
I stated playing at a new play and I was going to use the house mic. The sound man told me to use my mic, that the sound comes out fantastic.

Let me add my congrats, Greg. I have one of the Ultimate Series 58s
myself, and from the moment I began using it I felt that it was the
best hand-held mic for chromatic that I had seen.

To have the great Toots Thielemans using it is just too cool.

I don't use one of Greg's Ultimate mics, but my 545 SD is equipped with Greg's Bulletizer, and every mic I own without a volume control goes through Greg's inline volume control before it hits the amp.

Useful stuff, made to last, at good prices--that's Greg's deal. Works for me.
