u/scozzie suggested to just Google "find my phone". Rang 10x's faster than Find My iPhone ever did and the process to get to the page was much less painful than dealing with iCloud login.. This is my favorite so far since I don't have to add any apps and it just works.
Edit2: Looks like I don't have an option for Find My Mobile through Verizon. :(
Edit3: Verizon says it's enabled even though it's not in settings. I should be able to find my phone through the site. I've signed into my Samsung account from the phone, but haven't registered the device with Samsung yet, so maybe that's why the site isn't locating the phone.
