Hello. You are receiving this mail because you are subscribed to Harmony Hollow Software News to be informed of product updates and new releases.

Exciting news! The long awaited new version of our popular timer app, Cool Timer has gotten a major, much-needed face-lift and many new cool features added and improvements made in the latest update.

The new version has been completely rewritten in a new programming language since the source code for the old one was lost due to a hard-drive crash. Most notable is the new "visualization" feature which allows the program to optionally show the time passage graphically when the program is used in "countdown" mode. It does this by displaying any of several high-quality, built-in images (or any of image file on your computer) then gradually "wiping away" or revealing the image gradually in sync with the time as it counts down. This is great for kids who can't yet comprehend digits as they relate to time passage or for grown-ups who just prefer a visual representation of how much time is left on the counter over a digital display. This new feature is completely optional and can be toggled on or off quickly and easily.

Also new is the ability to select a startup mode for the program or use the last mode in which the program was used when it starts up. This way, if you use the program as a stopwatch primarily, it will always start in stopwatch mode, etc.

Many more features and improvements have been added, such as many more built-in sounds to use as an alarm, and the ability to run several instances of the program and label each one so that you know what each instance is being used to time.

Best of all, Cool Timer is still freeware. Get all the details here: http://www.harmonyhollow.net/cool_timer.shtml or download the new version directly here: http://www.harmonyhollow.net/download_file.php?file=ctimer.exe.

Thank you for your continued interest in our products.
