New Version 3.0 of The Hat

Great news! After several years and having lost the original source code of The Hat, I finally finished rewriting it and making it even better than before. If you aren't familiar, The Hat is a handy list randomization program that I wrote to arbitrarily decide a random order from a list of names and to also graphically choose random names from a virtual "hat", just like picking names from a real hat. I wrote it because my kids were always arguing over who got to go first at things and I needed a fair way to decide that issue. 

The new version features greatly improved graphics, animation, sound effects, and many other new features to make it even more fun and useful for teachers, parents, or anyone else who needs a cool way to choose things randomly.
