Reassign/Search Function

So the search function works in such a way that it only searches
around values available in the last name (ie, any letter present in
the last name will return a result)... but thinking beyond myself who
can learn that it is strictly last name oriented. Can we put some
small bit of text which denotes that the search is a last name
oriented search?

I hope that costs next to nothing.... let me know.
