Sounds like this: "Mmmmmwwwwahahahahahaha!" ;0)

I recall Steve Berube commenting at several meetings over the years how
apathetic Harmony residents are. He would say things like (paraphrased)
"They never show up for meetings." or "No one cares whether the meetings are
in the morning or the evening."

I have no doubt he is still counting on it with glee.
