Congrats on your upcoming move, wherever you end up. I'm not the best person to answer this question as I have not lived in Harmony for over 10 years. My parents are still there, hence my occasional input.

Found your email on "HarmonyFL" google groups I'm following. We've visited the community and we liked it a lot, however, we've found some articles regarding the natural gas pipeline, a few issues residents were having in the past years, what do you think about it? Also, we noticed that the area does have CDD, do you pay a lot of CDD? Does the CDD vary every year?
