IIIT, Bangalore, supported by Infosys Foundation has announced a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Development (PGDSD) program. This program is extremely unique.

The 9-months program is meant only for candidates from socially disadvantaged or economically weak students who are graduates of BE or equivalent having passed out in 2013 or 2014.
The entire program is completely FREE.
Selected candidates would be paid a stipend of Rs. 7000 per month for the duration of the program.
They will receive a laptop on loan for the program.
The program is designed to help them develop strong programming competencies.
Excellent placement opportunities would be three at the end of the program.

The program will be handled by experienced, top-notch Professors from IIITB who are committed to helping candidates develop strong competencies in problem solving, programming and software development.

Earlier, two batches of the program were conducted and all the students had been placed in companies. The current program is more structured to cater to helping students to get excellent jobs at the end of the program.

Details of the program can be found at http://www.iiitb.ac.in/special-training-programme . Do visit the website NOW and also apply online. The process should take just 10 minutes.

If this program is not relevant to you, please share this with your friends and relatives who may benefit from this program. After all, it is not often that one gets a change to study at a top university like IIITB, without paying any fees, and also be paid a reasonable stipend during the program! Apply yourself, or refer this program to a friend or relative TODAY.

The last date for receiving applications is 23 Janaury 2015.

I hope that you benefit from this program and/or share the details with a friend or relative who may also benefit from the program.
