Pothole Fixing(SWAACH BHARAT) in HARALUR ROAD

Hi All,

Just had a discussion with Mithun Reddy ( who does good amount of civic work in this Bellandur ward) and he has agreed to sponsor the POT HOLE fixing activity(with CONCRETE) for entire stretch of HARALUR road provided sufficient number of volunteers participate in this initiative. So we will meet this Saturday morning around 10 AM with Mithun in front of Vibgyor school  and also in front of Ozone Evergreens to identify the patches which needs to be fixed and then will work out the logistics required in terms of READY MIX CONCRETE,Labourers and Volunteers from among us.

Please forward to your individual associations and enable the maximum participation of volunteers to fix this stretch of road.

Hi Amitav

There was some patchwork done a few months ago on some of the potholes on Haralur road and as many of us might have seen, after the recent rains all this has been washed away and the potholes are back.

Two questions : (a) can we hold the contractor accountable for the shoddy work they have done (b) any chance of getting this fixed again (hopefully permanently) ?

Hi Girish ,
Yes we can file RTI with BBMP and get the details about that patch work in Haralur road. After that  you can expose it and get BBMP to relay the road properly
I can share the RTI format with u.
