Attached below is the link to Head coach and inspirational leader, Stephanie Brennan. Steph covers practical tips to improve your interactions with players and help them take more meaning / understanding from your sessions.

Steph discusses the theory behind learning and how you can take it into your sessions with key changes to your questioning and answering, encouraging a greater breath and depth of knowledge + application from your players.
