Hairstyle App - Test Feedback

Hello,

I just tested the app and wanted to share some feedback,

The Positives: First off, great job on the technical side. The UI is polished, the app feels very smooth, and I didn't encounter any bugs during my run-through. Solid engineering there.

Constructive Feedback: I felt a bit of friction in the user journey regarding the monetization flow. As a user, I felt I hadn't seen the 'Unique Selling Proposition' (USP) yet to justify the purchase.

Suggestions:

• Teaser/Freemium Model: It would be much more convincing if you let the user try the analysis once for free (e.g., analyze the face and suggest one hairstyle).

• Better Copywriting: If a free trial isn't possible, the transition screen needs to sell the value harder before asking for payment. Something like: 'We have analyzed your face shape. Unlock your personalized hairstyle recommendations now.'

• Manage Expectations: I was confused because I expected recommendations right after the questionnaire, but hit a hard stop.

Overall, the build quality is great, but smoothing out that paywall friction could really help your conversion rates.
