Certified SAP Treasury, Banking, Investment, Cash & Debt Management SME
Position Type: Contract /40 hours per week

Only candidates located within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA will be considered.
Minimum Experience Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Treasury and Banking components.
• 5+ years of experience configuring Treasury functionality for bond transactions, money market sweeps, derivatives, and integration with Financial Accounting.
• Minimum of two full lifecycle implementations involving SAP Treasury and Banking components.
• Strong experience designing and delivering reporting solutions in Treasury/Banking; SAP Analytics Cloud experience is a significant plus.
• 5+ years of experience processing electronic bank statements and lockbox files in SAP.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Finance, Treasury, and Banking business processes in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience creating, reviewing, and editing functional/technical design documents, testing documentation, process guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end treasury/banking processes in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting real-time and batch integrations between SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, and external systems/vendors for Finance and Treasury processes.
• Background job scheduling and optimization experience related to Treasury and Finance activities in ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting payment posting flows including ACH, check, real-time payments, and digital payment channels in SAP.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC/S4 with external collection agencies and banking partners.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience supporting brownfield migrations from ECC to S/4HANA, including cloud-based S/4 environments and transitions from SAP GUI to Fiori.
• Experience developing and reviewing test scenarios, test scripts, execution results, and performing hands-on testing within ADO.
• Understanding of public-sector finance and treasury regulations, controls, and compliance requirements.
Certifications / Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM) certification required.
Description of Duties
The selected consultant will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Finance, Treasury, and Banking activities supporting PTC’s S/4HANA migration initiative. Responsibilities include:
• Acting as the IT point of contact for Treasury and Banking functions, coordinating with project teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders, including integrations
with other PTC systems.
• Partnering with the system integrator, internal IT, and Finance stakeholders to support configuration, development, testing, and enhancement of Treasury and Banking solutions.
• Quickly becoming proficient in PTC’s current-state end-to-end Treasury, Banking, and Finance processes and mapping them to the future-state S/4HANA architecture.
• Participating in the review and testing of Treasury and Banking processes across both the current ECC environment and the future S/4HANA environment under the SMART program.
• Supporting data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, testing, and validation of finance master and transactional data.
• Ensuring modifications, enhancements, and upgrades are fully tested, documented, and validated prior to deployment.
• Helping improve project tracking, analysis, and reporting capabilities in collaboration with IT, Finance, and SI partners.
• Assisting with identification of Treasury and Banking training needs, including new-user onboarding, process updates, or function-specific training sessions.
• Troubleshooting project-related issues and providing support during cutover and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Supporting best practices for system change management, business process documentation, and operational governance.
