About the Role:

Client seeks an eForms/WebUpload Business System Analyst to support business process design and system delivery, serving as a liaison among development, business, and testing teams to define top‐level software and system requirements. Scope of Work:
- Using strong communications skills, interviews with business users/clients to determine business and technology requirements
- Prepares the General System Design documents which contain medium-to-high complex business rules and specifications required to make the system function in accordance with business requirements
- Interfaces with applications development, business staff and testing teams to define the highest level of software and system requirements for the most complex changes, based on business needs.
- Coordinates and leads process reviews between business users/clients, applications development and testing staff to ensure full understanding of business requirements and proposed general designs
- Participate as a team member and independently analyze and document solutions to complex business problems, completing assignments accurately and within allotted timeframes
- Understands prioritization of work based on multiple and conflicting business needs
- Collects, interprets, and presents data using SQL, for data gathering, analysis and research purposes
- Ensures General System Designs are properly stored using version controls such as Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Provide effort estimates for assigned applications for Legislative reasons or on request
- Performs knowledge transfer sessions to train other functional analysts in the team on assigned tasks
- Possesses a detailed understanding of the processes that support the software development lifecycle
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines while sometimes working under pressure
- Accountable for the delivery of all work tasks identified in the project plan
- Utilize and adhere to agile, waterfall and other Department work management practices and principles to manage assigned projects

Job Title: Siebel Administrator

Location:  New York (Remote)
Job Type:
3 to 12 months contract

 

This position will perform activities to assist Client technical teams in exporting 15 years of Siebel CRM platform legacy data (including file attachments) from the current Siebel CRM system and developing restful APIs to ingest the data into a new platform, ServiceNow CSM. Desired knowledge, skills and abilities for this position include project management expertise with technical and business functional knowledge of how CRMs in a large enterprise environment work. Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently on specific tasks.

 

Technical experience within, but not limited to, the following environments: Unix-Solaris; Java; Java frameworks; Workflow; WEB Services; Genesys, IVR integrations, XML based open-source software and Siebel CRM administration is a must.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

· Providing detailed estimates in terms of effort for the project. These may be discreet Siebel pieces or part of a wider multi-discipline project for customers

· Working with CMC business users to deliver solutions for replatforming a critical application that may have sensitive data

· Creation of documentation and low-level designs

· Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders

· Liaise with Siebel support teams and customers managed service provider for new platform

· Understanding of IVR, ERP and enabling technologies platforms

 

Additional Skills and Information:

· Proven experience of Siebel CRM development/administration

· Expert configuration, administration and exporting of data from a Siebel application

· In-depth knowledge of Siebel IP2015.19

· Proficiencies in using Siebel eScript and a good understanding of Business Services

· Knowledge of Siebel Business component and Siebel workflows

· Have the ability to effectively communicate IT needs, questions, and feedback to non-IT team members/customers and vice-versa are crucial

Job Title: Accounting Analyst

Location:  NYC, New York (Hybrid)
Job Type:
12 months contract

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting analyst role

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in PeopleSoft finance/Procurement/Finance

• Detail understanding of Accounts payable

• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills

• Functional experience with Financial Systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle) is preferred.

• Experience with project-based financial management budgeting/forecasting and or auditing a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Job Title: PeopleSoft Integrator/Support Analyst

Location:  NYC, New York (Onsite)

QUALIFICATIONS

 

This position will be responsible for integrating new modules and maintaining support for existing modules of the PeopleSoft software system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:;

• Provide servicesto support and maintain the PeopleSoft production system consisting of the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll modules.;

• Provideservices to integrate new PeopleSoft modules of Time and Labor, eProcurement, Budget and Financials into the existing production system.;

• Provide Oracle DBA support for the PeopleSoft application.;

• Provide customizations to the PeopleSoft code as business needs dictate.;

• Provide support in applying upgrades, patches and fixes, troubleshooting problems, coordinating problem solving, researching potential processing issues, testing and implementing data manipulation/correction scripts.; The qualified candidate in this area will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and three (3) or more years of full-time paid experience as a PeopleSoft integrator and support analyst.

The candidate must have strong initiative and leadership skills, strong work ethic, responsibility and dedication. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, strong verbal and writing skills are also required.; Work orders may specify that the integrator be proficient in one or more of the following:;
