Would be accountable for understanding the BUSINESS need for the data throughout the TMP project (and probably SPMG as a whole) and would create the data story for the company to understand.
Client DO NOT need a data modeler, architect or analyst with a technical background.
Client need someone who can normalize data across different LOB's and understand how all data flows through all business processes and what it is used for.
Client would expect this person to be accountable for creating a business-driven virtual data model so that as new capabilities are being created/requested we have a definitive source for all business data that can help guide the new capability and stop us from re-creating the wheel over and over
