Develop & implement communications strategy as per company standard. Undertake the necessary monitoring & evaluation activities in order to determine the success or otherwise of communications strategies. Contribute expertise in the areas of usage of modes of communication on overall strategy.
Job#2:Change Management – Local business unit’s engagement Change management needs 50 % of engagement from the local business units apart from the central support.
Job#3:SD Integration Specialist: Role: Extensive experience with integrating Help Desk Systems & Tooling migrating to Hewlett-Packard (HP) ITSM . Candidate must have proven Hewlett-Packard (HP) ITSM delivery expertise in the Service Manager, part of the HP BTO product suite.
Job#4:Service Desk Analyst: To make proactive, effective contributions to problem management, investigation &analysis of IT Service Desk statistics & reports, providing trend analysis &root cause analysis. Collaborate timely with the technical group to develop & deploy effective security solutions. Manage L1 support across all service towers of data center and IT workplace.
Job#5:Service Delivery Manager: This profile required utilization & performance of team resources, meeting SLAs for various operational categories, Governance & management reporting, Learning, development& HR objectives & Security & Process Compliance.
Job#6:Data Centre Project Manager You will Lead the development of the technology strategic planning as well as Data center infrastructure design & leading the implementation for the project. Strong working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including Storage Area Networks, Rack & Blade System Servers, Security & Networking Document/knowledge transfer for architecture, procedures, & other relevant job is required.
