Tangent are currently looking for a 2G RNO to work a 3 month extendable contract in Qatar
The following skills and experience are required:
- Alcatel equipment skills and experience
- 2G (alcatel) skills and experience
- Support skills and experience
- Optimisation and planning skills and experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
2G RNO team leader with minimum of 6 years experience and 2 years of leading a team of optimizers.
Familiar with Alcatel-Lucent equipment's.
Ability to manage a team of RNO engineers and give them the technical support.
High level of troubleshooting the radio problems and proposing the solutions.
Definition of Radio Network strategy in term of traffic management, frequency plan, NW layers HO and reselection..
Enhance the PS KPIs of the network in term of accessibility, retain ability and throughput.
High skills in reporting and interfacing the customer.
Work closely with RNP team to define the black spots of coverage and capacity.
