Supplier for D1 & D2 1N4148 on Amplifier Board?

According to RF PowerTools, D1 & D2 are 1n4148, but my amp board has 3 pin surface mount diodes. Does anyone know where I can purchase these two diodes?

The MMBD4148 is a 1N4148 in a SOT-23 package. I'm trying to avoid diodes in two pin symmetrical packages; too much chance to get them backwards.
