Running VistA on Windows using WSL2 on YottaDB

I got a note this week that the bug in WSL that prevented YottaDB from running properly was fixed in WSL2. I needed to upgrade my computer to run the latest version of Windows to install WSL2. I spent some time this morning getting VistA to run on YottaDB on WSL2. I have been able to successfully do it. CPRS also connects successfully. Everything critical runs well (xinetd, Taskman). And it is VERY fast! Doing ^%RD which takes some time on Cygwin happens almost instantaneously.

This is very good for me, as my Cygwin port of GT.M only runs on 32-bit Cygwin, which is close to being deprecated.

Nope. I installed it on top of Ubuntu running on WSL2. Inside of
Ubuntu, there is no indication that you are running on Windows.
