Registering Patient using ADT-A04 message

Hello everyone I'm sending an ADT-A04 message using mirth to VistA and I am getting an acknowledgement but I cannot see the registered patient.

I am sending this message

My subscriber protocol RG ADT-A04 TRIGGER has processingRTN = Q and Routing Logic = D PROC^RGADTP

Please guide me how to accomplish this process.

If you look at PROC^RGADTP, it basically is running a task that creates a message, but it does not do any ADT processing in VistA that I can see.

Perhaps this was intended for updating a foreign system!

Can you please tell me which mumps file should I use, so that the changes are reflected in VistA.

I started looking at this several years ago and found that it was more efficient to purchase a license for SISIADT from Lloyd Milligan to handle the processing of ADT messages. It is extremely complex logic and he did a great job handling it. The VA enters patients directly in to VistA, so they did not have to handle this type of ADT interface.

I heard that Lloyd has fully retired is no longer active in VistA.  I believe DSS and/or Medsphere had obtained certain rights to Lloyd's ADT filer.
