Can you send us your domain setup? unless it is confidential? Do you have
the proper MX setup for receiving mail or are you talking about not even
receiving internal mail from VistA?

Nancy, he's following my guide on Vistapedia.

Kicha,

I think your problem is very simple. By the time you look, the message
was already sent (and incidentally, rejected).

Instead of FLAGS: S on the domain, change it to Q. This way it won't
send it until you tell it to.

Hello Kicha,

Here is a 3-step procedure I followed to send emails from VistA to my
personal (external) mail account, and worked for me :

1) I defined an entry in DOMAIN file an entry for the mail server,
where our recipient has his email address, like this :

Select DOMAIN NAME: 195.130.68.2 <--mail server IP address
NAME: 195.130.67.2//
FLAGS: Q//  <---Q means that our emails are send only when we play our transmission script
SECURITY KEY:
VALIDATION NUMBER:
NEW VALIDATION NUMBER:
DISABLE TURN COMMAND: YES//
RELAY DOMAIN:
Select TRANSMISSION SCRIPT: TOMYSMTP//
  TRANSMISSION SCRIPT: TOMYSMTP//
  PRIORITY: 1//
  NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS: 4//
  TYPE: TCP/IP Channel//
  PHYSICAL LINK / DEVICE: NULL//
  NETWORK ADDRESS (MAILMAN HOST): 195.130.68.2//
  OUT OF SERVICE:
  TEXT:

----------------------------------------
Value for field TEXT if you have Cache :
O H="195.130.68.2",P=TCP/IP-MAILMAN
C TCPCHAN-SOCKET25/CACHE/NT

Value for field TEXT if you have GT.M :
 O H="195.130.68.2",P=TCP/GTM
 C TCPCHAN-SOCKET25/GTM

----------------------------------------

    Edit? NO//
  TRANSMISSION SCRIPT NOTES:
    THERE ARE NO LINES!
    Edit? NO//
Select TRANSMISSION SCRIPT:
NOTES:
  THERE ARE NO LINES!
  Edit? NO//
Select SYNONYM: GR//

2) We send our email to the external server :
