Hello

I am looking for a beginners Tutorial to fileman explaining step by step how to define

a complete application including files,relations,menus , mapping to globals etc .

The official Fileman documentation is too  technical .

Can someone please indicate  links  to such education material ?

Hello

The link you have sent is very usefull but still i am looking for a

tutorial presenting a theoretical app with its requierments and how to

implement it with fileman .

Step by step covering all aspects . Files , forms , menus , secutity etc .

For example intersystems iris doc have many tutorials of this kind .

Cache is basically MUMPS, so maybe you can do what you want with their instructions?

 

Fileman, I believe, makes and inquires and searches files, etc., but one needs to write code to use those files to make applications.

 

Hopefully someone else can give you the response you want.
