Lab Archiving

Dears,

does the archive lab data recommended?
I'm trying to archive lab data by using “ARCHIVING MENU [LRAR ARCHIVE
MAIN MENU]” archiving menu.
1- First of all I tried “Verify Files for Archiving [LRAR VERIFY
FILES]” option but I had some problem of “WKLD DATA” file such as the
following

2- in “Archive lab data 63 [LRAR ARCHIVE LAB DATA]” I tried the
following options

1- Search for lab data to archive
and the results of “Search for lab data to archive” option was
contains “Entries with bad Data such as Lab Order Number 53 Provider
is InActive” and nothing was transfered to the ^LAR global
so I could not continue of the remaining options in the “Archive lab
data 63 [LRAR ARCHIVE LAB DATA]”

3- I tried “Select Entries to Archive 64.1 [LRAR SELECT ENTRIES 64.1]”
option in the “Archive Wkld Data 64.1 [LRAR ARCHIVE WKLD DATA” menu
but the following was displayed
“There is an outstanding archival activity.
Please finish or cancel this activity before you begin another.”
where even “Cancel Lab Archival Activity [LRAR CANCEL ARCHIVAL
ACTIVITY]” could not cancel the archival activity.
Select Archiving Menu Option: caa Cancel Lab Archival Activity

and the “LAB ARCHIVAL ACTIVITY” file #95.11 contains stocked entry
(this file is un-editable)

I refer to the “REVISION LABORATORY ENHANCED ARCHIVING TECHNICAL
RELEASE NOTES AND USER NOTES Patch LR*5.2*59” manual and follow the
Steps to “Complete Archival Activity

For an archival activity to be completed the following options must be
performed:

1. Select (using the appropriate Select Entries to Archive options)
2. Verify (using the Verify Files for Archiving option)
3. Archive (using the appropriate new Archive options)
4. Write data to off-line media (using the appropriate Write Data to
Off-line Media options)
5. Clear (using the appropriate Clear Archived options)
6. Read data from off-line media (using the appropriate Read Data from
Off-line Media options)
7. Purge (using the appropriate Purge options)”
but I still have the same issue
