Critical Section Performance in r2.04

Performance and scalability are a major theme of the forthcoming YottaDB r2.04, and the code base includes numerous performance enhancements. Since efficient access to critical sections is perhaps the single most important factor that limits database performance in high contention environments like large production systems, we invested heavily in optimizing this aspect of YottaDB.
