Hi Team,

Looking for guidance on creating an alert or reminder when selecting a patient over 60 years old. Tried using a clinical reminder, but it isn’t triggering.

The goal is to display a simple alert when conditions like patient age over 60 or certain medical conditions are met, either when navigating to the home page or selecting a specific menu /patient. Seeking advice on the best approach for this alert/Notification.

Thanks
RK

A reminder is the correct way to do this. You need to try to get it working. It will work.

Sam is right.  A clinical reminder is the way to go on this.

Clinical reminders show up as DUE in the reminder section of CPRS.  I'm not sure if that is where you would be looking.

They are a powerful tool but can be complicated to set up.   I tried to make this easier with a GUI tool named TMG GUI config.  But you likely still would need help getting it going.
