From what I've read, the only way to attach the surgery report is by
uploading it, using the transcriptionist menu. Is this the only way? I
see there are RPCs that allows you to retrieve all reports associated
to a surgical case (operative, anesthesiology, non-op, and nurse), but
i cannot really use it if nothing is attached to the surgical case,
right?
One related question, possibly for the doctors: is a non-operative
report a report for a non-invasive procedure done by the surgicenter?
For example, is it conceptually right to use a non-operative surgery
report to report a catheterization? Or should it be entered through
the clinical procedure package?
thanks
