We have some sort of problem with the Wilkes-Barre server

We are working on it, but I am afraid it might be catastrophic and require
that our back-up server be taken up there and I am in Florida, so this may
take a while to work out. This server has worldvista.org,
vivian.worldvista.org and foia-vista.worldvista.org. We might be able to move
over to a backup of the sites in Utah. Anyway, please be patient.
