The March FOIA patches have been installed on the EDU2 server available for download at https://edu2.opensourcevista.net/vista/index.php in sections E-1(gtm) and E-2 (Cache).

I have also added a new option for viewing routines, available at https://edu2.opensourcevista.net/vista/wbrtn.php for a human usable interface. The routines can also be viewed directly using a link like the following example, where the routine name is included in the link. https://edu2.opensourcevista.net/vista/wbrtn.php?fn=rtn&rtn=DDBRAHT
