Help with Cache Monitor

I need a monitor for Cache Databases and would like to use system classes and the Cache Monitor.  I rarely use classes so I need some tutoring on how to use the %monitor class for free space for the CACHETEMP database or any database for that matter.

If I can get the basic information returned I can do the rest.  Any  help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.  I had these but the documentation was a bit vague with no examples to follow.  I am trying to use classes more.
