how to compile a prg file

Under Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, how do I compile a .prg program into an .exe. 
All I seem to find is how to compile/build the harbour program itself.

I used the Query Google Groups of harbour.wiki

And selected "Topic Title and Message Text" and "Harbour User and Developer"

There is no .exe under Linux
