Well no matter how I sort the given list, see image attached, it is always saying "incorrectly sorted"

How to register ?

In the spirit of Harbour, CdxDatSource and DbfDataSet components need to be included in this version for a good assessment of Xailer.

you're a little lost, direct something to the Xailer.com team ...
(This makes no sense)

All versions of Xailer enriched not only Harbour but also the xBase community. Who knows 3% of Xailer, will begin to understand. You are free to stay the same.
