Harbour-doc — Automatic documentation for Harbour

Hello,

In the Harbour ecosystem, there is no tool equivalent to Doxygen or Javadoc for generating documentation from source code.

For this reason, I have created harbour-doc, a tool designed to document Harbour code automatically.

Attached is the analyzed source code along with the outputs generated in HTML, JSON, Markdown, and plain text formats.
