Hash to XML - Any Function Please

Hi All

Some years back Przemek had provided us a function hb_XmlToHash() - an extremely useful one. Now I need the reverse of it - hb_HashToXml(). Can someone help ?

It is perfect esxcept one small glitch where remarks section is added twice <--  --> .
