Is anyone using a source code scan tool with harbour .prg source code?

Where I work, we have a very old sources, I never have tested scanners but it is part of the sources, how the enterprise don't scan documents, I don't sure if it works yet. It says it's for (x)Harbour, but we compile it with

xHarbour Compiler build 1.0.0 (SimpLex)

Thanks Quique.  Your scanner/twain prg looks pretty good.   
So I am not looking for a scanner as in document imaging.  I was looking for something our parent company is asking for.  Most of the SAST features don't apply to Harbour but am interested if anyone else had to deal with this.

Source code analysis tools, also known as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) Tools, can help analyze source code or compiled versions of code to help find security flaws.

SAST tools can be added into your IDE. Such tools can help you detect issues during software development. SAST tool feedback can save time and effort, especially when compared to finding vulnerabilities later in the development cycle.
