windows 11 pro "device guard" troubles

Hi friends, I have problems with Device Guard on Windows11.

Today, running hbmk2 I get

"'hbmk2.exe' è stato bloccato dai criteri di Device Guard dell'organizzazione."

IOW

"hbmk2.exe' has been blocked by your organization's Device Guard policy."

On the other hand, running a program by prompt, I noticed Dev.Guard use internet to check running program and creates response delay.

I'm thinking to disable Device Guard.

Is there someone can give me some hints, suggestion?

For anyone interested, I solved the problem following this procedure  (googling/MSDN)

For Developers Experiencing Problems:

Open the Run dialog box: by pressing Windows key + R.
Type gpedit.msc: and press Enter to open the Group Policy Editor.
Navigate: to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Guard.
Double-click on "Turn On Virtualization Based Security" .
Set the policy to "Disabled": to avoid potential conflicts with developer tools or apps.
Click "Apply" and then "OK": to save the changes.
Restart your PC: to apply the new settings.

But It can be more complicated. Read about UEFI, etc.
