Where can I see reviews of all available RDD for SQL ? I remember there was free one ?

I need RDD which doesn't require massive changes in code  I remember there was one free up to 5 usesr, but lost the link and I don't remember the name :(

I'm trying to connect to a test mysql database but i got "Error DBCMD/1015 argument error DBUSEAREA"
what's is wrong  (code borrowed from Harbour GIT Extra ADORDD)?
