OT: Anybody can help me with Android ?

My son asked me for a small app for his android phone to help him photograph documents at the archives (he's a historian)
The app should create a folder (asking for the name) place yourself inside it, launch the camera and store the photos in that folder. Nothing else.
Could someone familiar with Android produce something like this?

The default camera app and Google Photo will be great for it. No need for any other app.

1. Take photo with the camera
2. Continue
3. Let Google Photo back them to your drive
4. Open G.Photo and create Album, name it as you want.
5. Move all required photos to it.
6. Share the Album with friends and colleagues.

This is how I do for similar projects.

If you are familiar with HTML with Harbour you can create a CGI and use it from the smartphone. The CGI must be accessible via the Internet and reside on a server (even a home server, tinkering a bit with the router)

Camera should be accessible from inside the browser via javascript and some Chrome API. 

So maybe that is possible... Just an idea!
