Unable to build Harbour 3.2 from scratch

Hi to all.

To day I downloaded from https://github.com/harbour/core/

the .zip file to build Harbour on a Window 10 system.

First it failed on src\pp\makefile and I resolved changing pptable.c with hbpp.c file in it.

After it failed on \main\harbour.c because hbverbld.h is NOT PRESENT in \include directory.

Any advice how to solve ?

I download hb32 for windos from SourceForge it is ready to go.

There may be other OS(s) also.
