I was just experimenting with the debugger mode. I put altd() into a the source code, compiled with the -b command line option and ran the result. As expected the execution stopped at the altd() line and the debugger popped up. All more-or-less as expected. The code is executing on a FreeBSD server and I'm using it from a Linux system using ssh over the lan. Then I accidentally clicked on a menu item in the debugger using my mouse. Surprisingly the option was activated. How is this achieved? I must learn this hidden knowledge.
