CHANGE .DBF CODEPAGE 850 TO UNICODE UTF8

Does anyone know of a program or .PRG file that allows me to convert .DBF files encoded in Codepage 850 to Unicode UTF-8?

By any chance, do you have the updated version of the project you mentioned, or at least the binary file?

I tried compiling it with the extended minigui version + QPM + Borland.

But I got some errors during compilation.

Source is for HMG and MingGW, NOT tested for Minigui or BCC .
