Hello everyone, I need to ask a question, to start a system from scratch, having as a principle Harbor running on a remote (web) back-end server, with some lib/framework on the front-end, what would be the most suitable, UT or ModHarbour? Or would there be any other option? Thanks!

UT and ModHarbour are very good. UT requires less knowledge on Html and Css, ModHarbour requires more knowledge on Html and Css.

You can also try LetoDB, its fork LetoDBf,  or NetIO. Then you can make client-server application.

Some developers use other techniques, like CGI. See https://harbour.wiki/index.asp?Session=232858539666475127&page=PublicPackageIndex&hbpi=harbour_fastcgi&Mode=Documentation .

You can find some ideas on next links:

I have been using apache/cgi with clipper/xharbour/harbour for over 25 years. Additionally I use:
for html/css: https://getbootstrap.com/
for js/ajax: https://jquery.com/

If your app doesn't need real time replication of the databases then use dbf/cdx (hopefully with the bitmap lib donated from xharbour).   Or use the sqlrdd with Postgres for setting up a cluster of db servers.
