! fixed duplicate library warnings on macOS by defining platform-specific
HB_LIBS_TPL template without duplicate hbrtl and hbvmmt libraries
* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
! fixed timing of macOS-specific library deduplication in aLIB_BASE_RDD
and aLIB_BASE_RDD_MT arrays to occur after platform detection, eliminating
duplicate library warnings during program compilation
