The Harbour scripts need to be updated to work with OpenSSL version 4 (released in April 2026) used on GCC 15

Add these lines in /contrib/hbssl/hbssl.hbp
-depimplibs=openssl:../bin/libcrypto-4-x64.dll
-depimplibs=openssl:../bin/libssl-4-x64.dll
-depimplibs=openssl:../bin/libcrypto-4-x64.dll
-depimplibs=openssl:../bin/libssl-4-x64.dll
