I haven't seen anything else about these errors. There's the 2013 thread at https://groups.google.com/g/harbour-devel/c/6nmt1oe_poQ but has there been any action since?

Two threads about same problem will only split information. I suggest we don't extend this one further. 

It seems to me that Viktor's answers altready explain the problem and the solution, but if it's missing something you can reply on that thread so all is grouped on the same place..
