* contrib/gtqtc/gtqtc1.cpp
* set HighDpiScaleFactorRoundingPolicy to Round for new QT versions
except Android builds.
It fixes problem with proportional fonts in QT6 though in some
environments it may not give the optimal results.
This setting can be overwritten at runtime by
QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY environment variable.
