Harbour City Service Unit presents the 3rd Annual Girl Scout Ball. We are pleased to invite
The cost is $10.00 per Scout and adult (no fee for adult) and will include a fun patch.
Please right click here registration form to complete the online registration (and just mail your check to the address on the attached form)
Registration is on a first come first serve basis and will be closed at 100. If 100 girls are not registered by March 27th, we will open the event to other service units.
Please check off if the adult attending is a registered scout, if they are not, that is okay as we will purchase additional insurance.
The adult does not need to have a background check for this event.
Last year we had one of our Girl Scout moms, Heather Reinert make wrist corsages for the girls and boutonnieres for their special male someone. They were very nice and if you like, we are offering the same service this year. Being that we have enough time, I am asking that you please print the attached flower order form and mail it with your payment to Heather directly so the dads don’t have to worry about money at the door. The flowers will be at registration to pickup. Please remember this is optional and not mandatory. Her address is on the form.
You could order a wrist corsage for $12 (fresh or silk) and/or a boutonniere for $6 (fresh or silk). Mail by April 8th.

Registration will open at 6:30 p.m. to allow for pictures to be taken. Please arrive as promptly as possible because we need about 1 hour to get the pictures taken. We will leave the backdrop up in case you do not arrive in time so you can take a picture with your camera.
When you pull into the parking lot you will be facing the building. The Ball will be held in the cafeteria/auditorium which is on the left. Please enter the doors and go to the registration table.
The registration list will be in alpha order by your daughter’s first then last name, we will check off your name, you will receive your patch and photo album. If you have ordered flowers, you will be picking them up at the registration table as well.
We will then ask you to step over to have your picture taken. Pictures will be developed, brought back and placed at the registration table for you to pick up on your way out. Please do not leave your photos at the Ball as we have no way to match them up with their owner.
After your picture is taken, please enter the doors marked ENTER HERE and find a table that you would like to sit at. The tables are circular and seat 8 people. There are only 4 favors in the centerpiece to be taken home, one for each Girl Scout. Please only have your daughter take the favor and not the centerpiece holder itself. The girls will decorate their photo album at the craft table. When mostly everyone arrives I will announce when the snack and water will open.
Daisies will have seating up front this year to be closer to the DJ. The center pieces will have a DAISY sign on them so please look for that.
