Dear Harbor Hill owner,

I am pleased to let you know that I have reached an arrangement with Lemonjuice Capital that will allow the planned sale to the Town of Provincetown to move forward. The enclosed Notice of Filing contains instructions for obtaining a copy of both of the settlement agreement and the motion for approval filed with the bankruptcy court yesterday.

I'm glad we were able to reach an accommodation where all the parties are committed to maximizing the return to interval owners. I also appreciate everyone's prompt attention to the termination riders - I've received about 450 back so far and receive more every day.
