Harbor Hill claims packages have been mailed out!

Dear Harbor Hill interval owner,

Paper claims notices were mailed last Friday and you should receive yours this coming week, or perhaps next week. That package will include information on whether you need to file anything to receive a distribution, claims forms and personalized instructions on what to do.

I've also placed online a copy of the claims notice and claims form, generic versions of the instructions, and spreadsheets showing the current information for the intervals, sorted by last name and by interval. However, please wait to receive the paper forms. If you don't receive them by the end of next week, please use the online materials or contact my office for instructions.

We have almost all the riders we need to move forward with a sale of the real estate to the Town of Provincetown for eight million dollars. We are still missing about 50 riders, so if you have not yet sent yours in please do so as soon as you can.
