The bankruptcy court has issued a notice of case for Harbor Hills at Provincetown Condominium Trust. A copy is located in the public Google Drive, along with a proof of claim form. Proofs of claim are due January 4, 2017, and procedures may change in the future for interval owners wanting to file a claim with the Court.
