Dear Harbor Hill at Provincetown Condominium Trust interval owners:

We have at this time engaged RKM Properties, a local property management firm, to monitor the property and address any concerns. They will be taking care of winterizing the property to avoid damage during the winter. I've engaged the firm of Marcus Errico Emmer & Brooks, which specializes in condominium issues, to assist me in finding solutions to the trust's issues. I've also received many useful ideas and comments from owners. We are considering everything.

In addition to soliciting proposals from a number of auction companies, I am also, at the suggestion of some unit owners, seeking input from local real estate brokerage firms.

Next week, I expect to send out a poll by e-mail designed both to assist me in verifying the trust's records and obtain some insight into how interval owners, as a group, view potential solutions. Please respond to the poll as promptly as possible.

The Court has a scheduled a meeting of creditors in this case for October 6, 2016. The meeting room is at 155 West Elm Street, Brockton, Massachusetts. Creditors are allowed to attend, watch the proceedings, and ask questions. However, creditors are not required to attend. The proceedings may not be recorded by third parties and I cannot accommodate telephonic participation. Right now the meeting is set for 10:00 am, but I will be moving the meeting time to noon to prevent this meeting, which will likely take longer than the typical Chapter 7 bankruptcy meeting, from interfering with my other cases that day.

Regards,
Warren E. Agin
Chapter 7 Trustee
